Apparently he was conceived at a famous biker bar in Nevada and named after his parents' inspiration. I often refer to Jim as The Boy Who Taught Me Everything I Need to Know. He is 14, violent, sexualized, has a head shaped like a cube, a unibrow, and tries to assert his power over the staff by conjuring up ways to get us fired.
A typical tantrum includes an assault on the staff, running through the house while stripping off his clothes with staff on his heels and running to the Quiet Room (a padded room where violent kids get to go when they're assaultive that can be locked from the outside) where he would stand there, butt naked and threaten to tie up his dick with shredded undies or socks if we came any closer. Then he would do it, and not just for looks but really tie it tight so the circulation would be hindered.
This presents a number of problems for the staff. Legally, we're not really supposed to put hands on unless he is actually trying to hurt one of us. Plus, we would have to touch his dick if we tried to get the sock off. So he just stands there and says "Now you're all getting fired because if you touch me, that's abuse and I know my social worker's phone number. And if my dick gets hurt, that's abuse too because you can't take care of me. No one can."
Usually, I just let him stand there and let his dick turn blue, but one time he got the whole house going by shouting out, "Stokie's trying to fuck me up the ass like he always does!" This incites other kids into trying to attack me.
When he finally tried to piss on us, that gave us the excuse to place him in a prone containment (throw him down and hold down his arms and legs). To show how much we are abusing him, he bangs his head on the floor so much that his nose bleeds then he starts to hawk loogies and spit on us. Then he starts humping the floor, remember, he's butt naked, saying, "Ooh, that's just how me and Stokie like it. Do me like you did last time. Ooh!"
There's a lot to learn from Jim Beam.
A head shaped like a cube? Try giving him some trees to punch.
